Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive public health strategies aligned with county and state health priorities
- Manage grant-funded projects totaling $500K+ annually, including budget oversight and reporting
- Lead community outreach initiatives addressing health disparities in underserved populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform policy recommendations and program adjustments
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, nonprofits, and government agencies to build collaborative health networks
- Oversee program evaluation and continuous improvement processes
- Supervise public health staff and volunteers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program management
- Proven grant writing and management experience
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in public health metrics
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Experience working with diverse communities
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal health regulations
