Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health strategies for Tulsa County
- Manage grant-funded programs and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Lead community health assessments and data-driven intervention planning
- Coordinate emergency preparedness initiatives with local healthcare providers
- Supervise program staff and evaluate performance metrics
- Advocate for public health policies before legislative bodies
- Build partnerships with non-profits, hospitals, and educational institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program management
- Valid Oklahoma Public Health Administrator certification
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and public health emergency protocols
- Experience with grant writing and federal reporting requirements
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Oklahoma residency required
