Responsibilities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and outbreaks
- Develop emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers and community organizations
- Prepare grant proposals and manage public health program budgets
- Conduct community health assessments and recommend interventions
- Present findings to government officials and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with CDC and state health regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health or healthcare analytics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Knowledge of HIPAA and public health reporting standards
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to work during public health emergencies
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Fluency in English/Spanish highly desirable
