Responsibilities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and emerging threats
- Develop and implement public health intervention strategies
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for disease outbreaks
- Prepare comprehensive reports for state and federal agencies
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Manage grant-funded public health initiatives
- Train staff on public health emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health analysis experience
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Experience with grant writing and reporting
- Knowledge of HIPAA and public health regulations
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to work during public health emergencies
