Responsibilities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify public health trends and inform policy decisions
- Develop and evaluate evidence-based intervention programs for vulnerable populations
- Coordinate with local health departments, NGOs, and state agencies on health initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders and policymakers
- Manage grant-funded projects ensuring compliance and measurable outcomes
- Lead community outreach and education campaigns on public health priorities
- Monitor emerging health threats and recommend mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years experience in public health program implementation or analysis
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, SAS) and data visualization tools
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with policy development experience
- Knowledge of CDC guidelines and Kentucky public health regulations
- Valid Kentucky driver's license
