Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute community health outreach events across Boston neighborhoods
- Collect and analyze public health data for program evaluation
- Assist with contact tracing and disease surveillance protocols
- Develop multilingual health education materials
- Support vaccination clinic operations and patient registration
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Document program activities and prepare monthly reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in community health or outreach
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Proficiency in Spanish or other Boston-dominant language preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Experience with EHR systems or data management software
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
- Must pass background check and start immediately
