Responsibilities
- Design and execute community health intervention programs targeting underserved populations
- Conduct epidemiological data analysis to identify public health trends and gaps
- Coordinate multi-agency partnerships for health education campaigns
- Manage grant applications and compliance for public health initiatives
- Develop culturally responsive health outreach materials in multiple languages
- Lead community needs assessments and program evaluations
- Represent the department in intergovernmental health coalitions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field required
- 3+ years experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Proficient in health data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Kentucky driver's license with clean record
- Experience working with diverse community populations
- Knowledge of local health regulations and compliance standards
