Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program coordination or community health
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in health information systems
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) credential highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage diverse communities
- Valid Kansas driver's license and reliable transportation for community visits
