Responsibilities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and disparities across Boston neighborhoods
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards for real-time public health monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to develop evidence-based intervention strategies
- Prepare comprehensive reports for city officials and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other data privacy regulations
- Lead data visualization projects using Tableau and R programming
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Biostatistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in health data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in SQL, R, and Tableau with data visualization portfolio
- Strong understanding of epidemiological methods and statistical analysis
- Experience working with government health data systems
- Certification in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
