Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response operations during public health crises
- Develop and implement emergency preparedness protocols for vulnerable populations
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for health threats
- Manage resource allocation and distribution during emergency events
- Train community partners on emergency response procedures
- Prepare and submit emergency response reports to federal and state authorities
- Leverage GIS mapping for crisis resource deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in public health emergency response
- Certification in Incident Command System (ICS-300 or higher)
- Demonstrated experience with emergency resource management systems
- Strong knowledge of FEMA and CDC emergency frameworks
- Ability to obtain security clearance within 30 days
- Spanish bilingual proficiency required
