Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain county-wide emergency response protocols for public health crises

- Manage grant-funded emergency preparedness programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years experience in public health emergency response
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent designation
- Strong knowledge of NIMS/ICS frameworks
- Experience with grant writing and federal compliance
- Exceptional crisis communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work 24/7 during emergency activations
