Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in public health emergency response
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent credential
- Proficiency with emergency management software (e.g., WebEOC)
- Demonstrated crisis communication skills during high-stress situations
- Knowledge of FEMA Incident Command System (ICS)
- Ability to work rotating shifts during emergency activations
- Valid Arizona driver's license
