Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response operations during public health crises
- Develop and implement emergency preparedness protocols for infectious disease outbreaks
- Lead field deployment of public health resources and personnel
- Conduct risk assessments and issue timely public health advisories
- Manage data collection and reporting for emergency response metrics
- Train public health staff on emergency procedures and protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years of emergency response or crisis management experience
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent certification required
- Experience with NIMS/ICS frameworks and incident command systems
- Strong knowledge of public health emergency protocols and procedures
- Ability to work 24/7 during emergencies with minimal notice
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Valid Colorado driver's license and ability to travel throughout the city
