Responsibilities
- Lead inter-agency emergency response coordination during public health crises
- Develop and implement emergency preparedness protocols for infectious disease outbreaks
- Analyze real-time epidemiological data to inform rapid response decisions
- Train public health staff and community partners on emergency procedures
- Manage resource allocation and logistics during crisis situations
- Prepare detailed after-action reports and improvement recommendations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in public health emergency response
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent credential
- Expertise in epidemiological data analysis and crisis communication
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-jurisdictional responses
- Strong knowledge of NIMS/ICS frameworks and FEMA protocols
