Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive emergency response protocols for public health threats
- Coordinate multi-agency disaster response operations including FEMA, CDC, and local partners

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years emergency management or public health crisis response experience
- Certification in Incident Command System (ICS-300) or higher
- Expertise in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS) for health surveillance
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing and federal funding compliance
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
