Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response operations during public health crises
- Develop and implement community preparedness programs for vulnerable populations
- Lead rapid deployment of public health resources during disaster events
- Analyze incident data to recommend policy improvements
- Manage grant-funded emergency response initiatives
- Train healthcare providers and community responders
- Collaborate with FEMA and state emergency management teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years experience in crisis coordination or public health response
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in incident command systems (ICS/NIMS)
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Ability to work 24/7 during emergency activations
- Oklahoma residency required at time of hire
