Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response operations during public health crises
- Develop and implement outbreak containment strategies for infectious diseases
- Manage field operations during disaster response scenarios
- Train and deploy emergency response teams across 39 King County districts
- Collaborate with federal/state health agencies for resource allocation
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform public health interventions
- Lead community outreach during health emergencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years emergency response or public health crisis management experience
- Certified in Incident Command System (ICS) or NIMS
- Experience with epidemiological data analysis tools
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to deploy within 4 hours of emergency declaration
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
