Responsibilities
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Develop and implement community health education campaigns
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform policy decisions
- Liaise with federal/state health agencies (CDC, CDPH)
- Manage grant-funded health initiatives
- Supervise field staff during outbreak responses
- Prepare compliance reports for federal grant requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years government/public health experience
- Certified in Emergency Management (CEM) preferred
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and data visualization
- Clear federal background investigation required
- Spanish bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
- Experience with CDC grant reporting systems
- Valid California driver's license
