Responsibilities
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Coordinate multi-agency disaster response efforts with city/state/federal partners

- Manage grant-funded health emergency programs and reporting requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years experience in public health emergency response or crisis management
- Certification in Incident Command System (ICS-300) or higher
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with strict deadlines
- Strong data analysis skills using public health surveillance tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English/Spanish
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
