Responsibilities
- Lead multi-agency emergency response coordination during public health crises
- Develop and execute rapid deployment protocols for disease surveillance systems
- Manage resource allocation for emergency field operations across 10 districts
- Conduct real-time data analysis for public health threat assessment
- Train community health workers in emergency response procedures
- Prepare federal compliance reports for emergency declarations
- Coordinate with FEMA and state health department partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Emergency Management, or related field
- 3+ years experience in public health emergency response
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in incident command systems (ICS) and NIMS protocols
- Advanced data visualization and GIS mapping capabilities
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work 24/7 rotations during declared emergencies
