Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid contact tracing and epidemiological investigations for infectious disease outbreaks
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to identify and report potential public health threats

- Maintain accurate case records in state health surveillance systems
- Coordinate with local health departments and community organizations
- Provide emergency response during public health crises
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in disease investigation or public health
- Certification in Contact Tracing (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends during outbreaks
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience with Epi-Info or similar public health software
