Responsibilities
- Conduct epidemiological investigations and manage disease control programs
- Administer immunizations and perform health screenings in underserved communities
- Develop educational materials on public health best practices
- Coordinate emergency response during public health crises
- Collaborate with community organizations on outreach initiatives
- Maintain accurate patient records and health data systems
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of California
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Valid California driver's license
- Certification in Public Health Nursing (PHN)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Tagalog strongly preferred
- Experience with EHR systems and health data analytics
