Responsibilities
- Research and analyze public health data to inform policy recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on health equity initiatives
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and implementation strategies
- Monitor policy outcomes and prepare impact assessment reports
- Engage with community stakeholders and public health organizations
- Stay current on federal/state health regulations and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of policy analysis or public health experience
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Strong knowledge of CDC/WHO public health frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Valid Indiana driver's license
