Responsibilities
- Analyze public health data to inform policy recommendations and legislative proposals
- Develop comprehensive health equity strategies for underserved communities
- Coordinate interagency partnerships for pandemic response and biodefense
- Manage grant-funded projects supporting maternal health and substance use disorder programs
- Present findings to legislative committees and executive leadership
- Monitor federal/state compliance for healthcare accessibility regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of government or nonprofit policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, or Stata)
- Deep understanding of Oregon's healthcare delivery systems
- Proven track record in health equity initiatives and community engagement
- Valid Oregon driver's license
- US citizenship required for federal contracting compliance
