Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven public health policies addressing health disparities
- Collaborate with community organizations to design outreach programs
- Analyze health trends using epidemiological tools and GIS mapping
- Prepare legislative briefings and grant proposals for federal/state funding
- Lead inter-agency task forces on chronic disease prevention
- Manage public health emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years policy development experience in government/nonprofit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis (SPSS/R) and GIS software
- Knowledge of Affordable Care Act and CMS regulations
- Experience with community-based participatory research methods
- Valid Minnesota driver's license
