Responsibilities
- Analyze public health data trends and develop evidence-based policy recommendations
- Design and evaluate community health intervention programs
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives addressing health disparities
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs for legislative review
- Manage grant-funded health equity projects
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with community partners
- Monitor federal/state regulatory compliance for health programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in government/public health policy development
- Advanced data analysis proficiency (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Kentucky government contracting knowledge preferred
- Strong grant management and reporting capabilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Valid Kentucky driver's license
