Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting underserved NYC communities
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and local government agencies
- Analyze health data to identify trends and evaluate program effectiveness
- Develop educational materials and conduct community outreach sessions
- Manage grant budgets and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Prepare quarterly reports for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of public health program coordination experience
- New York State Registered Nurse license (or eligible for reciprocity)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Valid NYS driver's license with clean record
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin (highly desirable)
- Certification in Public Health (CPH) preferred
