- Manage grant-funded community outreach programs targeting underserved populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform public health strategy adjustments
- Liaise between local health providers, state agencies, and community organizations
- Develop educational materials for vaccine distribution and health awareness campaigns
- Track program metrics and prepare federal compliance reports
- Train community health workers on emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in public health program implementation
- Certification in Emergency Preparedness or Public Health (e.g., CPH) required
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and EHR systems
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Mandarin required
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean record
