Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health intervention programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Coordinate emergency response protocols including vaccine distribution and outbreak containment
- Analyze health data to identify trends and inform strategic county health initiatives
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations for outreach
- Manage grant funding applications and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Train staff and volunteers on public health best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in public health program implementation or healthcare administration
- Certified Public Health Professional (CPH) or Public Health Nurse credential
- Advanced proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, or Tableau)
- Experience managing federal/state grant-funded projects
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
