Responsibilities
- Design and execute evidence-based public health programs targeting priority populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and intervention opportunities
- Coordinate community outreach events and health education campaigns
- Manage program budgets, reporting requirements, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve access to preventive services
- Develop emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Train staff and volunteers on public health best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of public health program coordination experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Tableau)
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or willingness to obtain
- Strong understanding of KY public health regulations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing federal/state grant-funded programs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
