Responsibilities

- Coordinate emergency response plans for public health crises

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program management experience
- Texas Public Health Certification (PHR) required
- Advanced proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and public health regulations
- Experience with grant writing and federal reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
