Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting community wellness initiatives
- Manage grant funding, budgets, and reporting for health intervention projects
- Coordinate with state agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform policy decisions
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing public health emergency response protocols

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in public health program management
- Valid New Mexico Public Health Practitioner certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Proven expertise in grant writing and federal/state compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in public health data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS)
- Strong stakeholder management experience with government and community partners
- Knowledge of Title X, Medicaid, and CMS regulations
