Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting community health priorities
- Lead collaborative initiatives with healthcare providers, schools, and non-profit organizations
- Manage program budgets, resources, and reporting requirements
- Analyze health data to identify trends and evaluate intervention effectiveness
- Coordinate emergency preparedness responses and public health communications
- Supervise program staff and volunteers to ensure quality service delivery
- Secure grant funding and maintain compliance with state/federal regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in public health program management
- Strong data analysis and epidemiological knowledge
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Valid Virginia driver's license
- PH certification or equivalent preferred
