Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention and health equity
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify community health priorities and trends
- Manage program budgets, reporting requirements, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Coordinate multi-agency partnerships including healthcare providers and non-profits
- Design and implement evidence-based interventions for underserved populations
- Prepare grant proposals and manage funding allocations for health initiatives
- Evaluate program effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in public health program management or community health
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS, Tableau)
- Demonstrated success in grant writing and budget management
- Strong knowledge of CDC guidelines and Tennessee public health regulations
- Experience developing culturally competent health initiatives
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
