Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Manage grant budgets exceeding $500K and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Collaborate with city health departments, NGOs, and community stakeholders
- Analyze health data trends to inform policy recommendations and program adjustments
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ public health professionals
- Prepare comprehensive reports for state legislature and public health advisory boards
- Develop emergency response protocols for public health crises
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in public health program management
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Proficiency in health data analytics tools (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Demonstrated success with grant writing and budget management
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania public health regulations and CMS guidelines
- Excellent written communication skills for policy briefings
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
