Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate evidence-based public health initiatives across diverse Boston communities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing strategic health interventions targeting chronic disease prevention
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform programmatic adjustments
- Forge partnerships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and state agencies
- Secure and manage federal/state grant funding for public health projects
- Develop comprehensive health education materials and outreach campaigns
- Prepare detailed reports and policy recommendations for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public health program management
- Proven track record of securing and managing government grants
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R/STATA
- Experience developing community health interventions in urban settings
- Strong knowledge of Massachusetts public health regulations and systems
- Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities
