Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting Chicago communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health disparities and emerging trends
- Collaborate with local health departments, NGOs, and community stakeholders
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Develop educational materials and outreach campaigns for diverse populations
- Evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and adjust strategies as needed
- Present findings to senior leadership and public officials
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of program management experience in public health
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R/Python
- Experience with community engagement and culturally competent practices
- Knowledge of Illinois Public Health Code and CDC guidelines
- Valid Illinois driver's license (required for field visits)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
