Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate public health programs targeting Milwaukee County's priority health issues
- Manage program budgets, resources, and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with community organizations, healthcare providers, and government agencies
- Analyze health data to identify trends and inform strategic interventions
- Supervise program staff and coordinate volunteer initiatives
- Prepare grant proposals and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of program management experience in public health
- Strong data analysis and report writing skills
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Knowledge of Milwaukee County health disparities and community needs
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and health data systems
