Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention and health equity
- Manage program budgets, reporting, and compliance with county and state regulations
- Collaborate with community partners, healthcare providers, and local organizations
- Analyze health data to identify trends and develop targeted interventions
- Lead community outreach initiatives and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Develop grant proposals and secure funding for public health initiatives
- Supervise program staff and coordinate with county departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of program management experience in public health
- Proven experience with community health initiatives and data analysis
- Strong grant writing and budget management skills
- Knowledge of Oregon public health systems and regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience working with diverse populations and health equity frameworks
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
