Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting underserved populations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program management experience
- Texas Public Health Certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Strong knowledge of local health disparities in South Texas
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
