Responsibilities
- Design and execute public health intervention programs targeting underserved communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health threats
- Collaborate with federal agencies (CDC, HRSA) and local healthcare providers
- Manage $1M+ grant budgets and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
- Lead crisis response teams during public health emergencies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 5+ years progressive public health program management experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential
- Expertise in epidemiological data analysis and SAS/R
- Proven grant management experience with federal awards
- Nevada driver's license with clean record
- Experience working with vulnerable populations (homeless, immigrant, low-income)
- Knowledge of HIPAA, FERPA, and state health regulations
