Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public health intervention programs targeting underserved populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and resource needs
- Coordinate multi-agency partnerships including hospitals, non-profits, and local government entities
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Conduct community outreach and education initiatives
- Evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Prepare grant proposals and manage funding allocations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of public health program implementation experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) credential
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Strong bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- Knowledge of Title X and Medicaid compliance requirements
