Responsibilities
- Design and execute public health intervention strategies for Milwaukee County
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and disparities
- Collaborate with community organizations to deliver culturally competent health education
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
- Develop grant proposals to secure funding for health initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in crisis response and emergency preparedness
- Report program outcomes to state leadership and stakeholder groups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years of public program management experience
- Proficiency in SPSS/R for health data analysis
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Knowledge of Wisconsin public health statutes
- Strong bilingual skills in English/Spanish
