Responsibilities
- Design and implement community health intervention programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and analyze health data trends
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Manage grant-funded projects ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Develop educational materials and training for healthcare providers and community stakeholders
- Evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs and impact metrics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years experience in public health program implementation
- Arizona Public Health Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R

- Strong written communication skills for policy development
