Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of public health experience in a government setting
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficiency in epidemiological software and data visualization tools
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish)
- Knowledge of Texas public health laws and regulations
- Experience with grant writing and program evaluation
- Valid Texas driver's license
