Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Valid California Public Health certification
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R)
- Experience with grant writing and compliance management
- Strong bilingual skills in Spanish or Chinese preferred
- Valid California driver's license
