Responsibilities
- Design and implement population health programs targeting chronic disease prevention
- Analyze local health data trends and prepare comprehensive reports
- Coordinate with community partners for vaccination outreach campaigns
- Develop health education materials for diverse audiences
- Monitor program compliance with federal/state regulations
- Lead emergency response planning for public health crises
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years experience in community health initiatives
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Proficient in SPSS/Epi-Info statistical software
- Valid Kansas driver's license
- Experience with grant writing and reporting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
