Responsibilities
- Design and implement community health assessment initiatives across Marion County
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and risks
- Develop educational campaigns on chronic disease prevention and maternal health
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to improve immunization rates and access to care
- Manage grant-funded projects supporting vulnerable populations
- Prepare comprehensive reports for public health policy recommendations
- Collaborate with local organizations to address social determinants of health
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Strong knowledge of CDC guidelines and HIPAA compliance
- Experience with community outreach and stakeholder engagement
- Valid Indiana driver's license
