Responsibilities
- Design and execute public health intervention programs targeting at-risk populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and outbreaks
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers and community organizations
- Develop educational materials and health communication strategies
- Prepare comprehensive reports for state policymakers and funding agencies
- Coordinate emergency response protocols during public health crises
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend evidence-based improvements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Experience with grant writing and federal compliance requirements
- Valid Georgia driver's license
- Knowledge of Georgia's public health statutes and regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
