Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform strategic planning
- Develop community partnerships with local organizations, schools, and healthcare providers
- Conduct health education outreach and training sessions for diverse audiences
- Prepare comprehensive reports and grant proposals to secure funding for health initiatives
- Monitor program effectiveness using KPIs and adjust strategies as needed
- Advise policy-makers on public health regulations and community health priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated experience in community outreach and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of health equity principles and culturally responsive practices
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for community events
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
